Data Deletion Instructions

HudCommerce, built by Margin Department, connects to platforms such as Meta, Google and Shopify on your instruction, to read advertising and store data for your own account. You can have that data deleted at any time.

Request deletion

Email hello@margindepartment.com with the subject line "Data deletion request", from the address associated with your account or connection. Tell us which platform connection it concerns. We confirm receipt, delete the associated data, and confirm completion to you within 30 days.

Revoke access directly

You can also cut access at the platform itself, at any time: remove the app under Settings → Business Integrations on Facebook, under Security → Third-party access in your Google account, or uninstall the app from your Shopify admin. Revoking access stops all further reads immediately; email us as above to have already-synced data deleted as well.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your connection: synced advertising and store data, derived analyses, and the connection credentials themselves. Correspondence is deleted on request as described in our Privacy Policy.
