HudCommerce is built by Margin Department. This site is a marketing page for a product in development, and it is deliberately light on data collection.

What we collect

The site has no accounts and no signup forms. If you email us or book a call, we receive what you send us: your email address and whatever you write. Your theme preference (dark or light) is stored in your own browser and never sent to us.

How we use it

To reply to you, to schedule the call you asked for, and for nothing else. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Hosting and service providers

The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard web server logs (such as IP addresses) to serve pages and protect against abuse. Email we exchange is handled by our email provider. These providers process data on our behalf and under their own security practices.

Retention

Correspondence is kept for as long as the conversation is live, and deleted on request at any time.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: hello@margindepartment.com. We answer.

Changes

If the product launches and this site starts collecting more (for example, a waitlist or analytics), this policy will change before that happens, with the date above updated.
